Gentle Yoga with Lisa

In this Gentle Yoga class, we’ll begin by grounding into our bodies and soothing the nervous system with breathwork and simple settling practices. From there, I’ll invite you to listen to what feels good in your body as we explore slow, mindful yoga sequences—linking breath and intention as we ease into shapes that support strength, softness, balance, and presence. As class winds down, I’ll offer a few longer held poses to release deeper tension and invite surrender- leading into a guided meditation and savasana to tune into even more subtle energy and leave feeling centered, spacious, and restored.
